Method #1: Use the Thermostat
Let’s start with the most basic one: your thermostat. This method is pretty self-explanatory. It just involves you walking over to your Hotwire underfloor heating system’s thermostat and using it to turn the unit on or off, adjust the temperature, or make whatever other adjustments you want.
Method #2: Use the Smart Life App
Not a fan of always having to walk over to your thermostat? Just connect your Hotwire underfloor heating system to the Smart Life app and make all the adjustments you want via your smart device wherever you are.

Method #3: Use Amazon Alexa
Got Amazon Alexa at home? You can also use that to control your Hotwire heated floors.
The idea is the same as with the Smart Life app. All you have to do is connect your underfloor heating system to the Amazon Alexa app to unlock full remote control and handy voice commands.

Method #4: Use Google Home
Prefer Google Home? Our heated floors pair seamlessly with it too, and it works virtually the same way. Just connect your underfloor heating system to the Google Home app and you’ll get full remote control on top of a host of ‘Hey, Google!’ voice commands.
