Southern Cross Kids Camps

Australia

Southern Cross Kids’ Camps interrupts the cycle of abuse and neglect in primary aged kids from hard places. Their camps are designed to bring fun and laughter back into the lives of children whose everyday existence is less than ideal. One leader, called a Buddy, is assigned to each child ensuring that hope is delivered to every child who attends.

Our Sponsorship to SCKC includes an annual Golf Day where Hotwire often entertains clients. All staff are invited to the fundraising dinner in the evening that includes a charity Auction. Luke is often the MC and tens of thousands of dollars are raised.

Hands Across The Water.

Thailand

“Hands” works with disadvantaged children in Thailand.

Hands Across the Water commenced its work in 2005, and the position at the time was that 100% of the donations went directly to the children of Baan Tharn Namchai. At Hands we don’t profess that how we operate the charity is the best or desired way, it’s just the way that works for us and our donors like it.

In 2024 Luke our (CEO) was one of 60 riders who completed a 500km bike ride in 5 days to raise money for “Hands”. Luke raised over $7,000 and the total raised by the 60+ riders was over $400,000
